Does anyone know what the card game is called when you have to add 2 cards together to make 13?

I was in Sweden and I learned how to play the game. The setup is 1 card, then 2 halfway on top of that card, all face down. Then when you get to 6 cards you put them face up and the object is to use the remaining cards and the cards in play to make 13 and get through all the face down cards.

    I dont know what the one is but i do know the game 21 that sounds like it…but its just called 21
