Where can I buy a harry potter trading card game starter deck?

I recently have just been given a 11 card booster pack for harry potter trading card game. Does anyone know where I can get the starter deck to actually play the game with my bro. My 11 cards are Bucking Broomstick, Forbidden Corrider, the Fat Lady, Stoat Sandwiches, transfiguration, care of magical creatures, loop the loops, fire protection potion, Liquorice wand, Purple Firecrackers, and Charmed Accident. Are these any good?
