Does anyone have a copy of the rules for the card game Bali?

I bought a card game at a junk shop called Bali, but did not realize that there were no directions for play inside. Has anyone ever heard of this game? And does anyone have a copy of the rules for play?

    In Bali, players manage four card hands, one for each of four islands, challenging opponents and moving the Dalang from one island to another at critical times in an effort to win honor and glory (and most of all victory points) in an effort to become the next ruler.
