What happens if you are playing spit, the card game and both people run out of spit cards, while having cards?

Me and my friend are playing the card game “spit”. We know a lot about the game, and we called all of our friends who might know. We both ran out of spit cards. He has 2 aces, and I have one “2″. How do we decide who wins?
