No. Wizards owns the idea and mechanics of the mana resource system. If you’re resource system is similar to the mana system then you will have to deal with Wizards at some point. Few card games have avoided doing so(Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto, etc) but its happened. I suggest you consult a lawyer before you attempt to market and sell your game.
