When playing the card game midnight baseball, do you have to turn over your last card?

I was playing this game with friends, but we had a variation where everyone had to toss in their cards, re-ante and re-deal if the queen of spades was turned up. I was the last player with any cards left to turn over and I already had the best hand, so I had the game won. Do I have to turn over the last card and risk it being the queen of spades?

    Not the way we play it (we call it blind baseball, but I think it’s the same thing) but with those f-ed up games, everybody has different rules.
