How can I make my own custom card game on the computer?

My friends and I are trying to make our own truth/dare or drink playing card game. We used to use flashcards, but we would like to make more “professional” looking cards using a computer program or existing template. We need some cards to be Truth, Dare, Group Dare, and Rule Cards. Anyone have any suggestions?

    If you have an iPhone or Touch you can write up a set of questions and answers in a Google Docs spreadsheet and then import the set into Touchcards. You can then pass the phone around and tap the card to see the answer. If you don’t mind others seeing your Q&A’s you can create the set on Quizlet.com or StudyStack.com also.
