Educational game about ocean life i played in grade school, between 1994 and ‘97. I could’ve sworn it was called eco adventures but a search for such game was unsuccessful.
It starts out you walk into your boss’ office, you’re on a ship and he/she gives you an assignment to photograph a certain underwater creature, a fish or something. Then the rest of the game you have to go underwater and look for it.
some significant parts i remember are… you would occasionally come across Chinese whaling ships, free dolphins from underwater nets with your knife, and when you were walking around the ship’s deck, you had to remember to hold on the handrail otherwise if a storm came along you would be thrown into the ocean. Also, sometimes you would get stung by manowar and find toxic barrels on the sea floor, which would kill you. Please help! thx.

I used to own a educational game/software that was either developed by Softkey Entertainment/ developed by them, but i cannot find details about it anywhere on the internet as i do not know the name of it and i think the company may have gone bust.

I’m looking for some good games or programs that I could purchase on a disk and download on my desktop so that my 11 year old girl can play and learn at the same time. I’m especially looking for games that will enhance her math skills, but would also like to find something for spelling and grammar, and history as well. Do you know of any such games? I want it to be a lot of fun so that she just thinks she’s playing and having fun, but really she’s learning in the process. Thanks!

I am a big gamer so I have considered playing online card games but I still like the feeling of opening the plastic packaging on some real cards. Since I have already invested some money into the World of Warcraft card game(Not the computer game) and a lot into Magic. I am considering going back to Magic but I heard the latest abilities made it stupid(I’m not sure). What should I play? Please don’t mention Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon.
