If your are just using it for your home use
and nothing else, that is legal.
If you try to sell the items or make copies and pass them
throughout out the InterNet….now that could get
you in trouble.

Actually, there is nothing wrong with printing out cards. You can print millions, and sell them to whoever you want.
It is only illegal if you promote them as real, 100% authentic cards of that company.
As long as the people you sell/give them to know that they are just print outs, anyway the printout is just paper, and the cards are like thick paper.
You can take them to tournaments, and play other people. Those cards are basically just called Proxies (cards used as substitutes) But you will get in trouble playing with those cards in tournaments.
