Ok, try this.
First: go to this site to see if any of the cards are worth anything (not all are): . Look on the left side of the page, next to the card name, and that is the current price of that card from an actual on-line Pokemon Card store.
Next: click on one of the prices. The on-line store it takes you too is actually run by someone in the Philadelphia area who buys cards in person. Contact him and find out where he will be on a given weekend (this is a great time of year because there are a lot of tournaments going on). Good luck.
