If you want more fun games, you probably should have gotten a Wii. PS3 games are more realistic and life-like since the system is so powerful. Games are generally more serious. The Wii has a lot of fun games. I’d recommend getting that.
most models of the PS3 have a backwards compatibility with ps2 and ps1 games, so if you have any old games you like you can still play them.
i know you can download crash bandicoot from ps(1/2 i dont know) from the playstation store for like 5 bucks too.
honestly it seems like there all different now with the new graphics abilities and faster processors they can build more detailed adventure games. so instead of mario there are games like Assassins Creed. PS3 seems to be marketed toward a more hard core – high skill video game market than older systems like N64 and PS were made for. and the demand for simple adventure games isnt’ that great. there are still adventure games they’re just disguised with high quality graphics, life like characters, and a 3D playing field instead of old school 2D cartoons.
the following aren’t exactly mario-ish, but i am a mario lover and enjoy these games…
there’s a fun game on there too call super rub a dub and also flow that depends on the motion control sensors.
well you might want to look into some RPGs if youre looking for something a little bit more detailed than mario. I think Oblivion and Mass effect are really fun.
get nba live 08
not many games like that are available for ps3, you should’ve gotten the wii, there is a new game for mario called mario galaxy.
crash bandicoot never fails…love this game…my kids like zelda also….and Rayman is ok too…
Happy Gaming to You
