Fun game to distribute goody bags for a birthday party?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make a game out of distributing the goody bags or fun ideas?? We are having a Disney Cars birthday party for our 4 year old son. Thanks!

    At my friends party she gave out gold fish and we threw a ball like a small ping pong ball to see which fish we got. Like threw them into the jars of water. Maybe you could do the same thing with a small ball. Since he’s four maybe you could make the bags closer. Maybe like three tries and if they still don’t get it in a bag just give them one anyway.

    A more Cars related pin the tail on the donkey? Pin the wheel on the car? Then whoever is closest gets to pick a goody bag first and then second closest could pick second and so on.
