What is that computer game I used to play?

I used to play this computer game. But I have forgotten the name of it. I think the name of it had something to do with a doctor or a scientist. You could play these little games, for example I remember one was where you control yellow or green cells and make them evolve and fight. Another game was to create a path for these cars then watch them use the path you made. I really want to know what game this is.
