I have personally soloed Monster hunter 2 till I beat every single monster in the game. It is a great game, I spent 200+ hours on it alone and I have to say it was worth it... If you get past the first few hours it gets really fun, although im pretty sure if you have friends it would last to 300+ hours or something... but come on 200+ hours is like 2 times more than the second longest game I've ever known. IT is definitely worth it even if you don't have friends to play with and I highly recommend you to buy this game
