Can you play The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion as on online computer game?

My bf bought the game for a computer and I was wondering if it can be an online game where you play with other REAL people? I know you can with XBOX 360 but can you for a computer? Does anyone know?

As of computer are you talking about a PC? If so I do not believe so that it’s possible.
No. Oblivion, like all the other Elder Scrolls games, are single-player, offline RPGs. There is no multiplayer feature on any platform for Oblivion.
