Ok, this was a computer race car game from the mid 90’s. There was this older man that would talk to you every time you passed a different level (like a skit). You would advance and get to drive a better car each time.The cars were not real race cars and it wasn’t like on a real race track, not on the streets either. You would race in these weird places, kinda looked futuristic.
